Who We Are

Four decades in flexible piping,
one plant built for stainless

The Vardhman group has been manufacturing industrial rubber hoses and flexible piping for over 45 years. Vardhman Flexible Hoses was registered in 2018 to take that experience into stainless steel — corrugated hose, braided assemblies, bellows, PTFE and fittings, built under the Vigyan brand.

Manufacturing runs from a dedicated plant at Reliance MET City, Jhajjar, Haryana, spanning 80,000 sq. ft. of hydroforming, braiding, welding and test capacity, with in-process and final inspection at every stage. The site sits roughly 45 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, which keeps both domestic dispatch and export consignments straightforward.

Commercial enquiries are handled through Vardhman Rubber Co., the group’s sales office on Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi.

Quality & Traceability

Every assembly carries its own record

Production is audited to ISO 9001:2015. Raw material is bought against mill certificates, and each finished assembly is issued a test certificate tied to a unique serial number — so a hose in service can be traced back to the heat it was made from.

Welds are visually inspected as standard and dye-penetrant tested for critical service. Pressure ratings are published per series and derated against temperature using the ISO 10380 correction factors, rather than quoted as a single headline figure.
