Sizes
1/4" to 12" bore (6–300 mm) across the corrugated range, supplied unbraided, single-braided or double-braided. Assemblies are cut and fitted to your length rather than sold in fixed sizes.
Materials
SS 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 321L — hose, braid and end fittings all available in the same grades. 304 for clean air, water and steam; 316L wherever chlorides are present; 321 for sustained high temperature. PTFE lining is available where the media attacks stainless.
Temperature
−270 °C to +700 °C. The upper figure applies to SS 321; 304, 304L and 316L are rated to +425 °C. Working pressure is derated above 20 °C using the ISO 10380 correction factors.
Pressure
Set by bore, series and braid count rather than a single headline figure. Every assembly is hydrostatically tested to 1.5× its rated working pressure and issued a certificate against its own serial number.
End fittings
Flanges, threaded nipples, union nuts, camlock couplings and adaptors, TIG-welded and tested as a complete assembly. Fittings are machined to match the hose they serve.
Quality
Production audited to ISO 9001:2015. Raw material bought against mill certificates, welds visually inspected as standard and dye-penetrant tested for critical service.
