INTERLOCK HOSES

Vardhman's stainless steel interlock hoses (also known as squarelock or flexible metallic conduit) are mechanically formed from SS strip into interlocking profiles. No welding, no braid — just interlocked metal creating a robust, highly flexible tubular conduit with excellent crush resistance.

Primarily used for cable and tube protection, flexible liner applications, and flexible conduit in industrial, marine, and automotive environments. Available in bulk coils or cut-to-length with end fittings.

01. Grades & Types Available

Strip Material: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L — also Galvanised Steel for non-corrosive environments
Profile Types: Squarelock (SQ) — standard; Pipelock (PL) — higher torsion resistance
Options: Plain, with SS wire over-braid, with PVC/PTFE outer jacket
Bore Size Range: DN 6 to DN 200 (1/4" to 8")

02. Temperature Range

Up to +450°C for SS grades (plain, no jacket)
Up to +260°C for PVC-jacketed types
