We machine stainless steel hose end fittings to any standard thread — BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPSM, JIC 37°, SAE ORB, ORFS and metric 24° cone — as male adaptors, female nuts, nipples, caps and 90° bends. Everything is cut on CNC for dimensional accuracy and a leak-free joint, and anything outside the standard range is made to your drawing.

Available in SS 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L / 321 / 321L, our fittings can be customized as per customer requirements to meet specific technical and commercial challenges. Every lot undergoes strict quality checks with Test Certificates provided for every supply.

Thread Standards We Cut

Any standard thread, in any of our grades — specify the sealing system and we machine to it

BSPT — BSP taper	ISO 7-1 · BS 21	Whitworth 55°	1:16 taper	Thread interference, with sealant or PTFE tape	Where a tapered joint is specified. The thread itself seals, so repeated remaking wears the joint.
NPT	ASME B1.20.1	60°	1:16 taper	Thread interference, with sealant or PTFE tape	The North American tapered standard. Not interchangeable with BSPT — the thread angle differs, 60° against 55°.
NPSM	ASME B1.20.1	60°	Parallel	Mechanical, on a 30° internal cone	The parallel counterpart to NPT, sealing on a seat rather than on the thread.
JIC 37°	SAE J514 · ISO 8434-2	UNF 60°	Parallel	37° flare, metal to metal	The most common hydraulic connection in North America. No elastomer in the joint, so it suits wide temperature swings.
SAE ORB — O-ring boss	SAE J1926 · ISO 11926	UNF 60°	Parallel (straight thread)	O-ring compressed against the boss face	Preferred over NPT for port connections on pumps and manifolds, because the seal does not depend on thread torque.
ORFS — O-ring face seal	SAE J1453 · ISO 8434-3	UNF 60°	Parallel	O-ring set in a flat face	The lowest-leakage option of the group, and the usual choice for high-vibration hydraulics.
Metric 24° cone	DIN 2353 · ISO 8434-1	Metric 60°	Parallel	24° cone, with or without an O-ring	The European tube-fitting standard, in light (L) and heavy (S) series for different pressures.

On UNF: UNF (ASME B1.1) is a thread form, not a sealing system. JIC, SAE ORB and ORFS all cut UNF threads and then seal three different ways — on a flare, on a boss face and on a flat face respectively. Specifying “UNF” alone does not identify a fitting.

Every fitting is cut from bar to the sealing standard you specify, in the same grade as the hose it terminates.

Eight sealing standards cut in house — BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPSM, JIC 37°, SAE ORB, ORFS and metric 24° cone

03. Specifications

A complete hose end connection typically consists of three components working together:

Nut: The female swivel nut threads onto the mating connection point (valve, pump, or equipment)
Nipple: Inserted into the corrugated hose bore, the serrated nipple grips the inner surface
Cap: Compresses over the braid and hose, locking the assembly when the nut is tightened
Bend Set 90°: Used where a directional change is needed at the hose end
Adaptor: Converts between different thread standards (BSP to NPT, etc.)
