STAINLESS STEEL CORRUGATED HOSE - SERIES 12MF

MF (Mechanically Formed) uses precision mechanical rolling to create the corrugations, providing standard flexibility suitable for most general-purpose applications. HF (Hydroformed) forms the profile with hydraulic pressure, offering greater flexibility with a tighter bend radius for confined installations. EF (Elastomer Formed) shapes the corrugations against an elastomer mandrel, delivering maximum flexibility for the most demanding routing requirements. The elastomer is forming tooling only — every hose is all stainless steel.

Our stainless steel corrugated hoses operate from -270°C (cryogenic) to +700°C — the upper figure applies to SS 321; SS 304, 304L and 316L are rated to +425°C. Between them they cover virtually all industrial temperature requirements including cryogenic, steam, and high-temperature exhaust applications.

We offer SS 304, SS 304L, SS 316L, and SS 321 grades. SS 304 is standard for most applications. SS 316L offers superior corrosion resistance for chemical and marine environments. SS 321 is ideal for high-temperature applications.

The series differ in corrugation pitch which affects pressure handling and flexibility:

Series 11 (Standard Pitch): Widest corrugation spacing, offering the highest pressure capacity of the three. MF 11: 7-44 bar, HF 11: 10-58 bar.

Series 12 (Close Pitch): Medium corrugation spacing — a balance of pressure capacity and flexibility. MF 12: 6-38 bar, HF 12: 8-52 bar.

Series 13 (Close Pitch): Finest corrugation for maximum flexibility and tight bend radius. MF 13: 5-32 bar. Ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and confined routing.
